Terms of Service

Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Accounts are for a single person. Recruiter and institution seats are licensed per user.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload — resumes, proof clips, transcripts, and edits.

You grant Visume the licence needed to host, process, transcribe, watermark, and display that content in order to run the service and produce the artifacts you request.

You confirm you have the right to upload what you upload, including the rights of anyone appearing in your clips.

Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or harassing content, misrepresent your experience or identity, attempt to break platform security, or scrape or resell candidate data.

We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

AI-generated output

Visume generates recommendations, bullets, pitches, and carousels from your own material. Output can contain errors — review it before sending it to an employer. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you publish.

Subscriptions, trials, and billing

Paid plans start with a 7-day trial unless stated otherwise. After the trial, the plan renews automatically for the interval you selected until cancelled.

Cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the current billing period. Credit packs are consumable and non-refundable once used.

Sharing and publishing

Share links and QR portfolios are published by you and can be revoked by you at any time. Shared media carries a Visume watermark.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as-is; we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or any specific hiring outcome.

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email or in-app before they take effect.
